"It's sad to think of, but there is no doubt that Genius lasts longer than anything. That accounts for the fact that we all take such pains to over-educate ourselves. In the wild struggle for existence, we want to have something that endures . . . . in the silly hope of keeping our place". Unfortunately, I don't get to read literature as much as I would like to. I freely admit that I am a bit shallow, but my ready defense is that I am an aesthete at heart. As for what I like to do in my "abundant" spare time dinner with friends, films--don't enjoy the typical blockbusters--more into the art house thing. . . .enough about me.
